Using the store
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its security.
Products and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We do our best to show products accurately, but colors and sizes can look slightly different on different screens and from photos. Prices and availability can change without notice. Sale prices are compared with our regular list price.
Discounts
Multi-item discounts are applied automatically in the cart when your order qualifies. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud or a stock problem. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which includes our 30 day money back guarantee.
Product safety
Please follow the instructions included with each product. Lighting and electrical items are for decorative use. Do not leave them unattended around small children or pets, and use indoor items indoors only.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, video and logos, belongs to JingleDen or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, JingleDen is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
