Shipping policy

Every order ships with tracking. We are upfront about delivery times so you can plan your Christmas with confidence.

Processing time

Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. You get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves.

Delivery times are estimates counted from the day your order ships. They are not guaranteed, and carriers can run slower during the holiday peak.

Ordering for Christmas

For delivery before Christmas Day in the United States, order by December 5. Orders placed after that date may arrive after Christmas.

Where we ship from

Our products ship directly from our international fulfillment partners. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Tracking

Tracking can take a few days to show its first scan. You can also visit our Track My Order page or email us for an update.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery. These are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address

Please double check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we will fix it if the parcel has not shipped yet.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us and we will reship it or refund you.
